Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. Termination may result in permanent loss of access to your account, enrolled courses, and saved quiz data.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, videos, course materials, code, logos, and designs—is the property of Saifullah Bin Ashraf or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use:

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Any other use is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Attribution & Linking:

5. Academy Courses & Educational Services

Course Enrollment:

• Enrollment grants personal, non-transferable access to course materials
• Course content is provided "as-is" without warranties or guarantees of results
• You may not share login credentials or provide access to non-enrolled users
• Access may be terminated if you violate these Terms or misuse materials

Refunds & Cancellations:

Course enrollment is final. Contact [email protected] to discuss specific circumstances. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis at the Site Owner's discretion.

6. Quizzes & Assessment Tools

• Data Collection: Quiz responses and performance metrics are collected and stored for analytics and improvement purposes
• Academic Integrity: You agree not to cheat, use unauthorized resources, or share quiz credentials
• Data Privacy: Quiz data is subject to our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analysis
• No Liability: Quiz results are informational only and do not guarantee any real-world outcomes or certifications
